Vacation Request Process
Step 1: Complete the availability form and we’ll provide you a price quote with preliminary (at this time) availability.
IMPORTANT: You will receive a copy of your completed form with a customer ID. You will need this ID for booking so please write it down.
If you decide to make reservations:
Step 2: If you wish to book, send an email to email@example.com and we’ll provide a link for your to make your $100 deposit. Please include your name and the customer ID that your given when completing the availability form.
Step 3: Once we get confirmation of your booking, we’ll provide that to you VIA the Rental Agreement with the balance that you owe at this time (75% of total cost minus the $100 deposit) to complete the reservation process. You have 48 hours to make this payment otherwise you forfeit the $100 deposit.
Step 4: Once you have made your payment and accepted the Rental Agreement, we’ll send you your Magical Experience Template so that you can start planning your vacation, make dining reservations, shows etc.
Step 5: : Make your final payment 45 days from check in. You can make payments between now and the 45 day mark at any time using our flexible payment process – we’ll send you a link that you can use to make payments on the balance. You’ll receive a receipt with remaining balance after each payment is made. Balance must be paid in full by the 45 day mark of the beginning of your resort reservations. Remember to always provide your full name (lead traveler) and your customer ID for proper credit.
Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Yea, we hate it too! But, due to the nature of renting DVC points and the rules and policies of the Disney Vacation Club, once an owner books a resort with her points, they have very little flexibility if they have to cancel….most likely losing those points.
